The Partners and Solicitors at Dunham Law have joined forces with the Business Link Start Up Service to provide a free business law legal advice surgery at the newly opened Chesham House facility in Kettering each Wednesday afternoon.Chesham House is a newly refurbished Business Start Up unit with “easy in easy out” terms for new start up businesses and all of those businesses are able to take advantage of this free legal support service which is provided principally by Douglas Iles, a Partner at Dunham Law Solicitors. Douglas stated that “When new businesses are starting up they often struggle to obtain access to quality legal advice at an affordable price. At Dunham Law we are very keen to develop and increase our profile in Kettering and Corby and this is an ideal way of us delivering a useful service to start up businesses and giving something back to the Community whilst at the same time building on our reputation and standing in the region for providing excellent legal advice in a plain, user friendly manner”. Topics covered at the surgeries to date include advice in respect of: company formations, shareholder agreements, terms of trading, intellectual property protection and employment law and litigation support. No charge at all is made to the businesses benefitting from the advice either by Business Link or by Dunham Law. Persons wishing to take advantage of this free legal advice surgery will need to go through the Business Link Start Up service to book an appointment.
