Our litigation team is headed by Fiona Hewitt who was one of the original Partners in the firm. Fiona is an experienced litigator who acts for businesses and individuals at all stages of proceedings.
Our litigation team is able to advise in a wide variety of disputes and either in pursuit or defence of a claim.
The team provides practical, jargon-free advice from a commercial perspective, ensuring that the client can make informed decisions.
In a large number of situations, disputes can be resolved without recourse to court proceedings. However, where litigation is necessary our team can be provide highly effective representation, often without the need to instruct a Barrister.
