International and US law
We act for a number of International clients, especially US companies with UK subsidiaries. Our team, led by Dean Dunham, has a wealth of experience in acting for US companies with UK subsidiaries and regularly advises on:
- International and US corporate transactions
- International and US commercial agreements
- Company secretarial matters
We also ‘project manage’ the legal affairs internationally for a number of companies.
This means that all legal instructions worldwide are sent to us and we either deal with
them internally or instruct a local law firm in the particular jurisdiction and manage
the process of seeing the legal work through to completion. In this respect we act like
in house counsel.
