Fiona Button (nee Hewitt) is a partner and Head of Employment and Dispute Resolution.
Fiona trained at Underwoods Solicitors and qualified in 2002 and after working for London firm
Thompsons joined Dunham Law as a partner in 2004.
Academic
Fiona studied Law with French at the University of Buckingham (1998 LLB (Hons) (in
two years; full scholarship); College of Law, London (2000 LPC; 2002 Professional
Skills and Higher Rights of Audience). Languages include French, Italian, German.

Employment:
Fiona provides pro-active, commercial advice to employers and senior management
on contracts, service agreements, policies and procedures, exit strategies,
compromise agreements and transfer of undertakings. Highly experienced in
contentious matters including unfair dismissal, redundancies and discrimination
claims.
Dispute Resolution:
Acts for a wide range of private companies, Directors and Shareholders in
commercial disputes such as contractual issues, undue influence, breach of
warranties and misrepresentation. Specialises in Shareholder Disputes and Frauds
perpetrated by employees and/or shareholders.
